The event is an end-of-year celebration and fundraiser, along the lines of a Waldorf event, and will have food, kids games, a rummage sale, a silent auction, etc etc. There are parent/staff committees in charge of organizing events, publicizing the event, etc., and they expect a turn out of 1500-2000 people over the course of the day.
There will be a 12¹ x 12¹ stage with music 10 am-noon provided by the kids, and noon-4pm provided by professional musicians. PA and back line provided.
